This is simple version of tokyos tube map.Here is the full version in pdf.
I didn't find any interactive systems which were done for tube. Only interaction I could fine was in connection with online maps and route finding, usually using google map.
General navigational systems I found were connected with gps car navigation, not useful for us.
We need to do more research but it seems there is not many interactive informative/navigational systems out there.
