Who do you get asked questions by the most?

Well, this station is pretty much a place for tourists so it's usually someone trying to speak English with a dictionary. I've learnt a lot of languages in this job!

What do people ask you the most?

Usually which exit takes them to wherever they want to go and how to get onto Regent Street. People pretty much ask for directions and where to catch a bus and which bus takes them to other tourist attractions. 

What leaflets do you have behind you?

Bus maps, street maps, tube maps and sponsored leaflets, theatre leaflets and events.

Which one is the most popular leaflet?

Street maps, definitely. Bus maps, too. People pick and mix the others, guess it's personal choice.

So you get more people asking you about their journey from the underground than their journey on the underground?

Oh yeah. I reckon people ask the underground staff about changing lines and tube destinations. They pretty much go to me if they don't know what to do after their tube journey.
