A7. Planning for Long-term Growth

This means that the organisation itself may need reorganise itself in order that its design strategy can best support its needs.
Building design into the organisation may olso originate from thinking about how to best benefit the customers.
Building a series of successful design outcomes, whether managing a single project or establishing a long-term relationship with a board level design champion, is the most fruitful way to increase stakeholder buy-in and recognition of the value and merits of design.
The forms of promoting design success should be established.

We are not working inside of the company or for any company. This could be partly case if we were developing the project further after the degree show in collaboration with/for TFL.
